Our Story
Almarjoy Managements Ltd has been providing residential mortgage loans to borrowers across Canada since 2004.
We focus on building long-term and personal relationships with borrowers, providing tailored lending plans and working alongside them for their success. We get repeat business from customers because of our ability to advance funds quickly and cost-effectively. Borrowers also appreciate our willingness to be practical and flexible when difficult situations arise.
Almarjoy is incorporated in Manitoba, and has been re-registered as an Ontario corporation. With an initial investor base from Western Canada, Almarjoy continues to attract those looking for consistent, asset-backed returns across the country. Through conservative investment principles and responsible due diligence, Almarjoy has grown at an incredible rate since its inception and continues to thrive and expand rapidly.
Today, Almarjoy primarily lends in residential communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and neighbouring cities. However, we also consider commercial mortgages in the GTA and residential mortgages beyond the GTA.
